中国风系列山径赛

环保

       1. 保护沿途野生动植物和环境,跑过无痕。

       2. 大规模比赛活动不可避免地会对山野环境造成影响,而尽最大可能保护环境是每一位选手和工作人员的义务。选手须将比赛中产生的垃圾带至就近补给站丢弃,请使用组委会提供的环保袋放置需要丢弃的垃圾,严禁在赛道上丢弃垃圾。

       3. 选手可在补给站休息、进食或补充携带的饮水及食物,但不可带走补给站内的餐具,请自备水具以便享用补给站饮品。

 

公平

       1. 选手必须沿标注路线独立跑或走完全程,不得使用任何交通工具,全程不允许使用登山杖。

       2. 选手须全程沿着有标记的赛道路线进行比赛,赛会建议选手使用具有导航功能的GPS手表,于赛前一周内再赛事官网下载线路轨迹,比赛途中遇到路标不清晰的情况可使用导航来确认赛道。如果迷路,请按原路返回至上一个可见的赛道路标,辨明方向后再继续前进。

       3. 参赛选手须凭有效身份证明原件领取参赛物品,号码布、计时芯片和赛事手环仅限本人领取,不可代领。如果选手无法参赛,除号码布、计时芯片和赛事手环本以外的其他参赛物品,可于116日前申请邮寄,逾期不受理,邮费到付。

 

关门时间

       1. 在各站关门时间之后到达的选手须立即停止比赛,之后可以搭乘赛会的收容车回到终点。自行退出比赛的选手,必须至最近的检查点向站长申报退赛,或拨打号码布背面的赛会联系电话,通知赛事指挥中心的工作人员(由急救人员协助离开除外)。

 

号码布

       1. 号码布必须置于胸前、衣着最外层,于任何时间清晰可见。不可置于后背,不可涂改。比赛时凭借号码布和赛事手环同时确认选手身份,任意一样丢失都将被取消参赛资格。

       2. 组委会紧急联系电话已印于号码布上,建议选手将个人信息及紧急联络人信息写于号码布背面。

比赛期间所有组别在赛事前不检查装备,赛道中设置强制装备检查点,我们将检查所有组别全员的强制装备。

注意:赛事全程严禁使用登山杖。

关于强制装备的补充说明:
越野跑是山地户外运动,与城市路跑有着本质的区别。
山地运动首要要求就是选手应具备独立应对野外各种状况的能力包括突变的天气、各种路况和野生动物。参加越野跑活动,赛事组委会根据赛道环境情况设定的强制装备要求是必要的,并且这只是最低要求每个越野跑者必须根据自己的需求进行装备准备,必须选择能够真正保护自己在变化多端的山地局部气候下,保持安全和良好的状态。这是一种尊重越野跑运动、敬畏自然的态度。

 

安全

       1. 医疗救援 

赛事组织方将于各检查站、补给站及终点提供力所能及的医疗急救支持,如果途中需要紧急救助,请拨打号码布上的紧急联系电话与组委会联系,组委会将组织沿途急救人员寻找求救选手并提供协助。如因非赛事组织方过失发生不可抗力事由在内的危险情况致使参赛者在比赛过程中受到身体伤害,赛后将尽最大努力提供帮助及救援,但赛事组织方不承担由此给参赛者带来的任何伤害之直接或间接的赔偿责任。本条款同样适用于在比赛过程中提供服务的志愿者;

       2. 退赛 

如果选择在途中退赛,请自行前往距离最近的补给站,告知工作人员、签署退赛声明并剪除号码布、收回计时手环。于补给站等待组委会安排的车辆接驳至赛事终点。

若选手中途自行中止比赛并未告知组委会,将被视为弃赛,组委会不承担其之后的任何后果;

       3. 保险

组委会将为所有选手与志愿者购买比赛期间的个人意外保险,同时也建议选手自行购买更高额度、更大保障范围的意外保险;

       4. 严禁转让参赛资格

严禁转让参赛资格,如因转让参赛资格而引起的医疗救援、保险索赔等问题,由转让参赛资格的双方人员承担相应的法律责任。而其替跑行为一经核实,双方将被裁判委员会取消比赛资格,列入本赛事禁赛名单,抄送中国田径协会追加处罚。

       5. 严禁代领参赛物品

参赛选手须凭有效身份证明原件领取参赛物品,号码布、计时芯片和赛事手环仅限本人领取。

       6. 赛事所有组别全程禁用登山杖

出于安全与环保两方面的考虑,赛事所有组别全程禁用登山杖,补充说明如下:

安全原因:

  • 使用登山杖会增加对使用者以及身旁人员的危险;
  • 大武夷超级山径赛赛道位于武夷山景区内,赛道并不对游客封闭,使用登山杖有伤人的风险,且武夷山为典型丹霞地貌,赛道多有岩石台阶,此部分路段用杖伤人风险极大;
  • 大武夷超级山径赛赛道路况良好、难度适中,使用登山杖并非必要;
环保原因:
  • 武夷山为中国仅有的4个世界自然与文化双重遗产地之一,为保护武夷山的自然环境,最大限度减少对土壤、植被、生态的干扰和冲击,赛道全路段禁止使用登山杖;

 

完赛

所有在关门时间内完赛的选手会获得纪念奖牌,100公里/60公里组完赛选手可获得完赛服。

 

赛事变更与取消

组委会保留根据需要随时变更路线、检查点和补给站的权利。因突然到来的恶劣天气或其他不可抗力因素致使比赛不能按原计划进行时,出于对所有人员的安全考虑,赛事主办方有权临时中止比赛、修改关门时间、推迟出发时间赛甚至取消比赛。无论采取何种决定,报名费均不予退还,敬请所有选手悉知和理解。


无法参赛与更换组别

  • 成功缴费视为报名成功,若无法参赛,退费政策如下:

  • 9月1日前    退赛手续费为报名费的30%
    9月1日12:00至

    10月1日12:00前

        退赛手续费为报名费的50%
    10月1日12:00后 不退还任何报名费

    医疗原因导致退赛需在10月22日前完成申请,并提供相应医疗证明供审核使用,审核通过可退还80%的报名费;在10月23日后不接受医疗退赛申请;

  • 所有组别参赛名额均不可转让,且不可更换组别,若发现有使用他人号码参赛,此号码选手及替跑者将取消参赛资格,并保留追加处罚的权利。

  • 特别备注:赛事组委会保留在适宜情况下对赛事规则、赛道或其它安排作出调整的权利。

A Environment Protection

  • Respect wild animals, plants and leave no trace.

  • Large-scale events will inevitably affect the environment, and runners must do their utmost to protect the environment. Littering on the trail may result in disqualification. We ask all runners to help us monitor the situation and remind others who break the rules.

  • Runners are not allowed to take away bottles, bowls or other disposable objects from a Supply Post. Please bring your own portable cup.

  • Please use the rubbish bag provided in race pack for personal rubbish during the race. Littering is strictly prohibited.

 

B Fair Play

  • Runners must go along the marked raceroute independently and without any use of transportation.

  • Runners are advised to bring a GPS navigation device and consult their GPS devices when they're unsure of which way to go.

  • Runners must present a valid proof of identity to claim their race pack, bib and timing chip.

 

C Time Limit

  • There is a time limit at each Check Point. If exceed the time limit, runners must stop at the Check Point and wait for repatriation buses back to the finish. 

 

D Race Bib

  • The bib must be worn in the front and on the top layer, so that it can be well visible all the time. The race bib and timing chip must be keeping well at all times, any loss will result in disqualification.

  • Emergency contact number is printed on the race bib. For safety consideration, we recommend you to write down your emergency infomation on the back of the bib.

  • Any other breach of the regulations will be the object of a penalty decided by the racedirectors. Any such penalties are at the organizers' discretion and are final.

 

F Obligatory Equipment

  • In order to participate in these events, a set of obligatory equipment is required. However it is important to note it is the minimum necessary and that each trail-runner must adapt it according to their needs. It is important, in particular, not to choose clothing that is the lightest possible weight in order to gain a few grams, but to choose items which will give real protection against the cold,windy mountain weather, therefore giving a good level of security and performance.

  • Obligatory equipment check will be conducted at CP4/SP4 Xingcun.

  • Attention: Trekking poles are prohibited in the race.

G Safty Clauses

 First Aid

  • Medical emergency aid will be provided by the organisation at the Start, supply posts and the Finish. Please contact the emergency number printed on the race bib for help when needed.

  • If participant get injured in dangerous accident caused by unpredictable and irresistible force, the race organizer will do our best to provide rescue and assistance after the race, but will not bear direct or indirect liability for compensation. This is also applied for the volunteers.

 

Abandon

  • If abandon the race on the course, please go to the nearest check point. An abandon statement is to be signed and your race bib will be marked. Repatriate service will be provided by the organizer to assist you to return to the Finish.

  • If you abandon on the course without notifying the organsation, organisation will not take any responsibility for all subsequences.

 

Insurance

  • Individual accident insurance for all runners and volunteers covering race days will be purchased by the organizer.

  • Transfer of race slots is strictly forbidden. Insurance claims, such as medical assistance, will be borne by the people who try to transfer race slots. Both runners who transfer their race slots will be disqualified from running in future events.

 

H Finisher

  • All finishers of two categories will receive Finisher Medal.

  • 100km/60km finisher will be prized a Finisher Vest and Cap.

  • Finisher Certificate can be downloaded and printed within three days from the race official website after the race.

 

I Modifications to the Course or to the Time Limits; Cancelationof the Race

  • The organisation reserves the right to modify at any moment the route and the positioning of therescue and refreshment posts, without warning.

  • In the caseof unfavourable weather conditions (important quantities of rain or snow ataltitude, strong risk of storms….) the start may only be postponed by a maximumseveral hours, after that time the race is cancelled.

  • In the caseof poor meteorological conditions, and for reasons of safety, the organisationreserves the right to stop the event underway or to modify the time barriers.

  • In case ofcancellation of an event, for whatever the reason, no refund of theregistration fee will be made
